Eligibility
All submitted films must be LGBTQ + themed or created by LGBTQ + directors, writers or actors. The submitted film must be produced within two years of the commencement of the festival.
Submit the request
Film length: short (not exceeding 30 minutes) , long (exceeding 30 minutes) .
Video format: HD Digital Format, subtitle language in English (if not English dialogue) .
Each film must be accompanied by a detailed synopsis of the plot, the director and the production team.
Review process
Preliminary Stage: The Film Festival by the pre-selection Committee screening submitted films, to determine the shortlist.
The selection stage: the shortlisted films are viewed by a professional jury, and are rated and discussed.
Final selection stage: the final winner of each award will be selected by the jury.
Award criteria
The film's artistic value, technical level, narrative and performance form.
Contribution and impact to the LGBTQ + community.
Innovative filmmaking and unique perspectives.
Award settings
Best Film Award, Best Short Film Award, Best Documentary Award, Best Animated Film Award, Best Director Award, Best Screenplay Award, Best Actor Award, Best Academy Award for Best Cinematography Award, Best Sound Effect Award, Special Jury Award, Audience Selection Award, etc. .
Copyright and right to use
The copyright of the submitted film belongs to the producer.
The festival has the right to use film clips, stills and interviews with directors in its publicity and promotion.
Other requirements
All participants must comply with the relevant regulations and laws of the film festival.
The festival reserves the right to final interpretation of any outstanding matters.
